The Clockwork Crooner is a musical  instalation piece for two performers. One barker gathers a crowd and shows how the magnificent invention that is the Clockwork Crooner works.

Five sets of cogs are selected by a discerning participant, the clockwork gears above the the metre square instalation come to live and a vintage song is selected. What song and performance with a choice of four instruments ( banjo, accordion, uke or guitar) you the audience also chose the style of music, the tempo, the costume and backdrop & the mood of piece.

 

A few twists of the handle and the curtain opens and the clockwork crooner comes to life.
